4. Pricing & Payments

  • All payments are non-transferable.

For recurring services (monthly/annual plans):

  • Payments are auto-renewed unless the client cancels at least 7 days before renewal.

5. Project Timelines

  • Submission of required content by the client.

Any delays in providing content or approvals may extend the timeline.

6. Client Responsibilities

The client must:

  • Provide accurate information, images, documents, text, and other materials required to complete the work.
  • Ensure that no submitted content violates copyright or any applicable laws.
  • Approve or request revisions promptly.

Connective9 is not responsible for delays caused due to lack of required information from the client.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All content, graphics, code, templates, and designs created by Connective9 remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed.
  • After full payment, clients receive usage rights for their project (website, ads, creatives, etc.), but source files remain the property of Connective9 unless explicitly purchased.
  • Clients must not copy, resell, or redistribute any resources without permission.

8. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party platforms like:

  • Google Ads
  • Facebook/Meta Ads
  • Hosting providers
  • Analytics tools
  • Payment gateways

We are not responsible for:

  • Downtime, errors, or issues caused by third-party platforms.
  • Changes in policies or pricing from third-party providers.

9. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of all your business information, documents, and data. Both parties agree not to share confidential information without written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

Connective9 is not responsible for:

  • Any loss of business, revenue, or data.
  • Low performance of ads or campaigns due to market conditions, competition, or platform policies.
  • Technical issues outside our control.

In any situation, our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the service in question.

11. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:

  • Payments are delayed.
  • The client violates terms.
  • The client uses abusive behavior or misconduct toward our team.

Clients may terminate services by providing a written notice; however, no refund is applicable unless specified in our refund policy.

12. Changes to Terms

Connective9 may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. It is the client’s responsibility to review the updated terms periodically.
